We are so proud and confident that you will love our products we provide a full 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. No Cap!!! Both exchanges and returns are free as well.
- Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. Keep it free from stains and signs of wear.
- All label(s) must still be attached to return the goods.
- Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label or hang tag has been cut/removed.
- Item(s) must be sent in their original packaging.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your items to make a return or exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bashflow.us with your order #.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@bashflow.us.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bashflow.us
